Delivery Schedule

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable according to their stated terms. The Company may require deposits or progress payments before beginning or continuing work. Failure to make timely payment may result in delayed delivery, suspension of work, withholding of deliverables, or cancellation of future services until outstanding balances have been resolved.

Refunds & Cancellations

Creative and professional services involve time, planning, labor, and customized work. Fees associated with work already performed, production time reserved, consultations, third-party expenses, or completed deliverables are generally not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.

If a project is cancelled before completion, the Company may invoice for work performed, expenses incurred, and commitments made through the effective cancellation date.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy applies only to physical merchandise offered by PiXELERS Productions, LLC. Professional services, custom creative work, digital products, downloadable content, and other non-tangible deliverables are not considered physical merchandise and are governed by their respective terms.

Returns or exchanges may be considered for eligible physical merchandise when requested within a reasonable period after delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, including any original packaging where applicable.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, clearance, final sale, or otherwise designated non-returnable items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law.

Proof of purchase may be required before a return or exchange request can be evaluated. Return shipping costs, insurance, and any associated shipping risks remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned merchandise may be inspected upon receipt. If approved, We may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or refund to the original method of payment, subject to any applicable deductions permitted by law.

PiXELERS Productions, LLC reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not satisfy this policy or where fraud, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise stated in a written agreement, all concepts, drafts, mockups, proofs, working materials, source assets, production methods, and other preliminary materials remain the property of PiXELERS Productions, LLC until any applicable ownership or license rights are transferred pursuant to the governing agreement.

Source & Production Files

Editable, layered, or production files are not automatically included with delivered work. This may include RAW photographs, Adobe Photoshop (PSD), Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, project files, layered artwork, production assets, or similar working files. Where mutually agreed in writing, source or production files may be licensed or delivered and may be subject to additional fees, licensing conditions, or other terms determined for the specific project.

Portfolio Use

Unless restricted by a separate written confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement, the Company may display completed work for portfolio, educational, historical, or promotional purposes.

Third-Party Materials

Fonts, stock photography, music, plugins, templates, software, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and are not transferred beyond the rights granted by those licenses.

AI-Assisted Workflows

We may use artificial intelligence or automated creative tools as part of internal production workflows where considered appropriate. Such use does not imply that deliverables are created exclusively by automated systems.

Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our website, content, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. While we strive to deliver professional, high-quality services, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility with third-party services, or the achievement of any specific business, financial, or marketing results.

Results from creative, marketing, branding, e-commerce, and consulting services vary based on numerous factors outside our control. Accordingly, PiXELERS Productions, LLC does not guarantee increased revenue, business growth, search engine rankings, customer acquisition, sales performance, or any other specific outcome.
